Qi Er Machine Tool Successfully Developed a Heavy Duty Multi station Automatic Stamping Production Line

Recently, the excellent heavy-duty 2500KN multi-station automatic stamping production line jointly developed by China General Technology Group Qiqihar Second Machine Tool (Group) Co., Ltd. and Germany's HAGEL company has been successfully developed and officially put into use at Guangdong Fudi Automobile Co., Ltd. At the same time, an 800 ton automatic cutting production line has been delivered to users, and a 3200KN multi-station automatic stamping production line is currently undergoing debugging.

This 25000 KN stamping line installed at Guangdong Fudi Automobile Company has a larger worktable, wider stamping range, and more complete functions compared to multi-station presses of the same tonnage. It integrates many modern technologies such as CNC, communication, sensing, hydraulic and pneumatic.

Due to the complex design, high manufacturing difficulty, and high cost of this type of multi-station press, only a few professional press manufacturers in Germany and Japan had mature technology in the early stage. Therefore, major domestic automobile companies spent a lot of money on imports. At present, Qi'er Machine Tool has the ability to provide such products. It is of great significance for breaking foreign monopolies, promoting sustainable development of the domestic automotive manufacturing industry, and improving the overall technical level of domestic multi station press products.
